HANDBAGS:  No refunds or exchanges (due to COVID-19) will be allowed. Our clients' and employees' overall health and care are our utmost priority.  Store credit will be issued for damaged items within three days of the delivery date, with notification via email at sgluxurylifestyle@gmail.com accompanied with supporting pictures of the damage before being worn. Please note that we are NOT responsible for damage incurred due to Courier negligence
