Shipping and Delivery

All orders will take 1-3 days for processing and shipping could take 5-7 days for arrival.

This does not include pre-ordered items.  Pre-ordered items take longer.  Please note that if pre-ordered and in-stock items are purchased together, items will ship once the pre-order has been received.  If you would like to receive your in-stock item before pre-order arrives, you will incur shipping fees.

Please note if Handbag items must be returned due to damage (see Refund Policy), shipping costs will be covered by us.  A return label will be issued.  If you have any questions regarding your order, please email sgluxurylifestyle@gmail.com.  Emails will be responded to within 48-72 hours of receipt.

Please note that we are NOT responsible for damage incurred due to Courier negligence.
