HANDBAGS: No refunds or exchanges will be allowed. Our clients' and employees' overall health and care are our utmost priority. Store credit will be issued for damaged items within three days of the delivery date, with notification via email at sgluxurylifestyle@gmail.com accompanied with supporting pictures of the damage before being worn. Please note that we are NOT responsible for damage incurred due to Courier negligence.
APPAREL: No refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please ensure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct size (please read the note in the description) and color of your items - if it says Unisex, please order a size up or down based on that. All Sales Final.
